RMM pricing · 2026
What RMM software costs, vendor by vendor: who publishes a price, who makes you ask, how the pricing models differ, and what each one adds up to per year at real fleet sizes.
Short answer
Published RMM pricing runs from about $1.50 to $4.70 per endpoint per month, or $99 to $209 per technician per month on annual billing. At 1,000 endpoints, the cheapest transparent option in our index is $9,504 per year and the most expensive is $108,000 per year. ConnectWise, Datto RMM, Kaseya VSA, and N-able are quote-only.

Fourteen platforms, one table. Atera and Syncro prices are annual-effective monthly rates. Lock-in risk is the index's own rating, based on published contract terms.

Seven of the fourteen platforms above do not publish pricing. For the PE-owned platforms (ConnectWise, Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM, N-able N-central, and N-able N-sight) there is no way to estimate cost without a sales conversation.
Pricing models
The model matters more than the sticker price, because it decides how your bill moves when your business does.
A monthly fee for every managed device. It is cheap at small scale and scales linearly, so the bill grows with every client you add. NinjaOne, Level, Datto RMM, and ConnectWise price this way.
A flat monthly fee per technician seat, usually with unlimited endpoints. It is more expensive for a solo operator and flattens as each technician manages more machines. Atera, Syncro, and Gorelo price this way.
A fee for each end user, the model Intune and JumpCloud use. At MSP scale it is the most expensive model in the annual cost table below.
No published price. You get a number after a sales conversation, and it is usually tied to a committed term. Seven of the fourteen platforms in the index overview do not publish pricing.
The break-even between the two main models is a simple ratio. Atera Pro at $129 per technician equals $1.50 per endpoint at 86 endpoints per technician, equals $2.00 at 65, and equals $3.75 at 34. Gorelo at $99 per technician breaks even with $2.00 per endpoint at 50 endpoints per technician.
Worked example
Sorted by cost at 1,000 endpoints. Only platforms with public or estimable pricing are included. Technician counts assume 1 technician at 50 endpoints, 3 at 250, 8 at 1,000, 20 at 5,000, and 40 at 10,000. NinjaOne appears twice because its published range has a floor and a ceiling.
| Platform | Plan | 50 | 250 | 1,000 | 5,000 | 10,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Action1 | Growth | Free | $2,400 | $38,400 | Quote | Quote |
| Gorelo | Launch | $1,188 | $3,564 | $9,504 | $23,760 | $47,520 |
| SuperOps | Standard | $1,308 | $3,924 | $10,464 | $38,760 | $76,620 |
| Atera | Pro | $1,548 | $4,644 | $12,384 | $30,960 | $61,920 |
| Syncro | Core | $1,548 | $4,644 | $12,384 | $30,960 | $61,920 |
| NinjaOne | Floor est. | $900 | $4,500 | $18,000 | $90,000 | $180,000 |
| Level | Flat | $960 | $5,760 | $23,760 | $119,760 | $239,760 |
| NinjaOne | Ceiling est. | $2,250 | $11,250 | $45,000 | $225,000 | $450,000 |
| Hexnode | Pro | $1,320 | $6,600 | $26,400 | $132,000 | $264,000 |
| Intune | Plan 1 | $4,800 | $24,000 | $96,000 | $480,000 | $960,000 |
| JumpCloud | Device Mgmt | $5,400 | $27,000 | $108,000 | $540,000 | $1,080,000 |
ConnectWise, Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM, and N-able are absent because they do not publish pricing. The license is also not the whole bill: platforms that bundle PSA into the base price, such as Atera, Syncro, and SuperOps, cover a cost that per-device RMM quotes leave on a separate line. The full index has per-endpoint effective cost, a feature-by-feature table, and profiles for every vendor.
The fine print
For quote-only vendors, the terms move your cost as much as the rate. The index documents three from the vendors' own agreements: Kaseya's master agreement accelerates 100 percent of remaining fees on early termination, N-able's subscription agreement rolls 80 percent of overage usage into the next year's commitment, and ConnectWise does not allow quantities to be reduced mid-term.
The details are on the Datto RMM pricing and ConnectWise RMM pricing pages, each with a list of questions to put to the sales rep before you sign. By contrast, NinjaOne and Atera carry Low or Low to Medium lock-in ratings.
Disclosure: we make an RMM
This page is published by the team behind Breeze, an open source RMM. We compete with every vendor listed here, so read the page with that in mind. Breeze is not included in the comparison tables above, and every competitor figure comes from a pricing index whose sources you can check.
Breeze is priced on a different axis. The self-hosted Community edition is free under AGPL-3.0 with no device limit. If you would prefer not to run a server, Breeze Cloud is a hosted plan with a flat published price, not metered per device or per technician. Self-hosting is not free in practice. The index puts a mid-size self-hosted production deployment at $864 per month once maintenance time is counted at $100 per hour, and labor is 94 to 95 percent of that. Current Breeze plans and prices are on the pricing page, and side-by-side feature comparisons are under Compare.
Answers drawn from the same verified data as the rest of this page.
Among vendors that publish pricing, per-endpoint RMM runs from about $1.50 to $4.70 per endpoint per month, and per-technician RMM runs from $99 to $209 per technician per month on annual billing, based on our April 2026 pricing index. At 1,000 endpoints the cheapest transparent option in the index is $9,504 per year (Gorelo) and the most expensive is $108,000 per year (JumpCloud). Many large vendors are quote-only.
There is no single reliable average, because several of the largest vendors do not publish pricing. Published per-endpoint prices in our index include $2 (Level), $2.20 to $4.70 (Hexnode), $4 up to 1,000 endpoints (Action1), and approximately $1.50 to $3.75 (NinjaOne). Per-technician plans can work out to $0.52 per endpoint or less at 10,000 endpoints.
It depends on how many endpoints each technician manages. Atera Pro at $129 per technician per month equals $1.50 per endpoint at 86 endpoints per technician, $2.00 at 65, and $3.75 at 34. Above those ratios per-technician pricing is cheaper. For a solo technician with a small fleet, per-endpoint pricing can cost less.
Seven of the fourteen platforms in our pricing overview do not publish pricing. For the PE-owned platforms (ConnectWise, Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM, N-able N-central, and N-able N-sight) there is no way to estimate cost without a sales conversation. In the index, that pricing opacity lines up with the highest contract lock-in ratings.
Yes. Open source RMM platforms have no license fee, and Action1 does not charge for the first 200 endpoints, per our index. Free to license is not free to run: the index estimates a self-hosted mid-size production deployment at $864 per month once maintenance labor is counted, and labor is 94 to 95 percent of that cost. Breeze, which publishes this page, is one of the open source options.
Sources and method
Every figure on this page comes from The True Cost of RMM in 2026: Annual Pricing Index, last updated April 2026. Its sources include official pricing pages, published contract terms, G2 and Capterra review data, r/msp community reports, and vendor earnings calls: 91 in total. Where a vendor does not publish pricing, the index says so and does not invent an estimate, and this page follows the same rule. Vendors change pricing without notice, so confirm current numbers with the vendor before you budget. If a number here is wrong, email [email protected]. Corrections are credited.
