Breeze isn't a dashboard you operate. It's an RMM with an AI operator built in. It investigates, fixes, and documents issues across your fleet, governed by a risk engine you control.
Our story
Every RMM ships the same deal: a console full of alerts, and a human to work through them. The tool watches; you fix. Scale the fleet and you scale the queue: more endpoints, more alerts, more time spent babysitting a dashboard instead of solving anything.
We built Breeze to break that pattern. The AI operator is part of the platform, not an add-on bolted on the side. It reads the alert, investigates the device, applies the fix, and writes up what it did, then hands you a record instead of a task. The 44 modules are the surface it works across; the operator is what makes the RMM act on its own.
An operator, not a black box.
Autonomous doesn't mean unaccountable. Every action the operator takes runs through a 4-tier risk engine you configure: routine work resolves on its own, sensitive changes wait for sign-off, and the rest is blocked. You decide what each tier means, and every decision is logged and reviewable.

A dashboard shows you problems. An operator resolves them. Breeze investigates alerts, applies fixes, and writes up what it did, so your queue is a record of work done, not work waiting.
You set the boundaries
Autonomy is a dial, not a switch. A 4-tier risk engine governs every action the operator takes: auto-resolve the routine, require approval on the sensitive, block the rest. You control the tiers.
Open and auditable
The entire Breeze codebase is public under AGPL-3.0. Every line that touches your infrastructure, and every decision the operator makes, is inspectable, forkable, and yours.
It plugs into how you already work
Breeze is the first RMM with an MCP server. Drive your fleet from Claude Desktop, Cursor, or ChatGPT, the same tools you already have open.
