Quotes that start where the work started

A quote builds from ordered content blocks (headings, rich text, and pricing tables) with line items pulled straight from your product catalog, including catalog images and each organization’s own pricing. Partner-wide markup defaults apply automatically as you add lines, and every line stays editable inline. One-time, monthly, and annual totals are tracked separately so subscription work and project work sit side by side on the same document, and the quote editor, per-line totals, and live-totals panel all compute from one shared source. They can’t disagree with each other, or with what finally saves, down to the cent.

For distributor purchases, TD SYNNEX and Pax8 products import straight into your catalog with cost and margin attached, TD SYNNEX pricing can be looked up live by SKU without leaving the quote editor, and cost and margin are tracked per line and snapshotted onto the quote, visible to you, never to the customer. When it’s ready, export a clean PDF or email it with a secure public link. Your customer reviews it and accepts with a typed e-signature, no account required, or declines with a reason. Quotes carry an expiry date and sweep to expired once it passes, so stale pricing can’t be accepted. Acceptance issues the invoice immediately at the exact total agreed to, with a one-click Pay Now link, and any monthly or annual lines automatically spin up a draft recurring contract. The deal moves from quote to invoice to recurring revenue without re-entering anything.

The built-in AI operator (and any connected MCP client) can create and update quotes on the same surface you do, governed by the risk engine: every AI action passes through the same evaluation and approval gate as everything else on the platform.
