What NinjaOne costs per device, what the published range means for your annual bill, what costs extra, and what the contract terms look like.
Short answer
NinjaOne charges per device. Published benchmarks put it at approximately $3.75 per device per month at 50 endpoints or fewer, declining to approximately $1.50 per device per month at 10,000 endpoints. NinjaOne does not post an exact tier schedule, so your real price comes from a quote.

The published numbers
NinjaOne pricing at a glance
NinjaOne publishes pricing ranges but does not post an exact tier schedule. The index rates this data as Medium confidence: the per-device range comes from NinjaOne's published materials and community reports, but how the price steps down between 50 and 10,000 endpoints is not public.

Worked example
What NinjaOne costs per year by fleet size
Because the exact tier schedule is not public, the index presents total cost as a range between the published floor ($1.50 per device per month) and ceiling ($3.75 per device per month). The $3.75 benchmark applies at 50 endpoints or fewer and the $1.50 benchmark at 10,000, so smaller fleets are likely to land nearer the ceiling.

The spread between floor and ceiling is 2.5x. At 10,000 endpoints that is the difference between $180,000 and $450,000 per year for the same product, depending on negotiation, volume, and bundled services. These are estimates built from the published range, not quotes.
What you get
What is included and what costs extra
In the index's feature comparison, NinjaOne includes every core RMM capability in the platform. The costs that sit outside the base price are backup and a PSA.
Included in the platform
✓Remote access
✓Patch management for operating systems and third-party applications
✓Scripting and automation
✓Alerting and monitoring
✓Security and antivirus management
✓Reporting, API access, and a mobile app
✓Multi-tenant management and network monitoring
✓AI features
✓Onboarding and training
Costs extra or sold separately
Backup
Listed in the index as a paid add-on or bundle, not part of the base per-device price. NinjaOne completed its acquisition of Dropsuite in June 2025 and rebranded that product as NinjaOne SaaS Backup, covering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
PSA
Available through an integration or partner, not built in. If you run a PSA, that license is a separate line in your budget, and an RMM comparison that leaves it out is not a full comparison.
Higher-tier features
Core RMM, patching, and remote access are in the base plan. Backup and some other features are gated by tier, so confirm which tier your quote covers.
The fine print
NinjaOne contract terms
NinjaOne's terms are lighter than those of the quote-only vendors. There are still three things to confirm before you sign.
Cancellation
Customers who are not in a promotional commitment can cancel with 60 days of notice. If your quote includes a promotional rate, ask what commitment comes attached to it.
Minimums
The official pricing page does not list a minimum. Community anecdotes suggest some minimums exist depending on the sales conversation, so get the number in writing.
Lock-in risk
The index rates NinjaOne as Low to Medium for lock-in risk. By comparison, it rates ConnectWise, Datto RMM, and N-able as High, and Kaseya VSA as Very High.
Pricing model
When per-device pricing works against you
Per-device pricing scales linearly: every endpoint you add raises the bill. Per-technician pricing, the model Atera uses, flattens as each technician manages more machines. The index calculates the break-even points: Atera Pro at $129 per technician per month equals $1.50 per endpoint at 86 endpoints per technician, and equals $3.75 per endpoint at 34.
In plain terms, if your technicians each manage more than 86 endpoints, a per-technician plan undercuts even NinjaOne's published floor. If you run a small fleet with few endpoints per technician, per-device pricing can be the cheaper model.

How Breeze pricing compares
This page is published by the team behind Breeze, an open source RMM that competes with NinjaOne. Read it with that in mind. We kept the NinjaOne figures above to what our pricing index could verify, and we credit NinjaOne where it earns it: included onboarding, no maintenance fees, and lighter contract terms than most large vendors.
Breeze is priced on a different axis. The self-hosted Community edition is free under AGPL-3.0 with no device limit, so the software cost does not grow with your fleet. If you would prefer not to run a server, Breeze Cloud is a hosted plan with a flat published price, not metered per device or per technician. Self-hosting is not free in practice: you pay for the server and the time to maintain it. Current plans and prices are on the Breeze pricing page, and the feature-level comparison is on Breeze vs NinjaOne.
Answers drawn from the same verified data as the rest of this page.
How much does NinjaOne cost per device?
NinjaOne publishes pricing ranges, not an exact tier schedule. Published benchmarks indicate approximately $3.75 per device per month at 50 endpoints or fewer, declining to approximately $1.50 per device per month at 10,000 endpoints. How the price steps down between those two points was not publicly documented as of April 2026, so the only way to get your exact number is a quote.
Does NinjaOne have a minimum device count?
The official NinjaOne pricing page does not list a minimum. Community anecdotes suggest some minimums exist depending on the sales conversation. Treat that as unconfirmed and ask for the minimum, if any, in writing before you sign.
Does NinjaOne require a long-term contract?
According to the terms documented in our April 2026 pricing index, customers who are not in a promotional commitment can cancel with 60 days of notice. Promotional pricing can come with a commitment, so check whether your quote is promotional.
Are there NinjaOne setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding and training are included at no additional cost, and there are no maintenance fees. The extra costs to watch for are backup, which is sold as a paid add-on or bundle, and a PSA, which is a separate product you integrate.
Is NinjaOne cheaper than Atera?
It depends on how many endpoints each technician manages. Atera Pro at $129 per technician per month equals $1.50 per endpoint at 86 endpoints per technician and $3.75 per endpoint at 34. Above those ratios, per-technician pricing is cheaper. Below them, per-device pricing can win.
