The catalog is where your pricing lives. Define products and services once (or import them from distributor catalogs) and every quote and invoice draws from the same source, so pricing stays consistent across clients.

Distributor imports that behave

Connect TD SYNNEX Digital Bridge credentials to search, preview, and import distributor products straight into the catalog, and connect Pax8 to pull in subscriptions and license quantities. Hardware and subscriptions from either distributor land in the catalog with cost and margin attached. TD SYNNEX pricing can also be looked up live by SKU without leaving the quote editor, so the number you quote reflects current distributor pricing, not a stale import. Large distributor imports run without tying up the system while items enrich in the background, and importing an item that already exists answers with a clear “already exists” instead of an error. AI can clean up messy raw distributor titles during import, and a “Polish with AI” helper tidies up existing entries on demand. For the one-off purchases that don’t come from a distributor feed, AI can draft a catalog item from just a product name or SKU (descriptive fields filled in and a typical price range shown as guidance), but you always review and enter the real price before saving.

One price list, every document

Every catalog item carries per-organization pricing, so you can override price for a specific customer without touching the base list, and items can be searched and attached inline while you build a quote or invoice, images included, with no export/import round-trip. A ticket part can link to a catalog item to auto-fill its description, price, and cost, so time and parts billing pulls from the same list too. The catalog itself is a searchable workspace: filter by type, sort by price or margin, and expand bundles in place to see their components and rolled-up economics.

The AI knows your catalog

The built-in AI operator (and any connected MCP client) can create and update quotes, and quotes draw their line items from this catalog, so an AI-drafted quote is built against your actual price list, not a guess. It’s governed by the risk engine like everything else on the platform: every AI action passes through the same evaluation and approval gate, so an AI-assisted quote carries the same guardrail as one you build by hand.
