Mobile App

Download Breeze RMM on the App Store. Sign in with your existing Breeze account against Breeze Cloud US, Breeze Cloud EU, or your own self-hosted server.

The app is built for the four things a technician needs a phone for. It is not a shrunken copy of the web console.

Ask Breeze

The home screen is the AI assistant with your live fleet behind it. Ask what broke last night, which devices are offline at a customer, or what ran through MCP today. Answers come back as device cards, alert rows, and script output built from your real data. Type it or say it.

Ask it to restart a service or run a script and it prepares the action for your approval. It never executes a privileged action on its own.

Approve with Face ID

When the assistant, an automation, or a colleague needs a privileged action, the phone takes over the screen with an approval card: the action, the device, the risk band, and the exact tool arguments. Hold to approve with Face ID or Touch ID, deny with a reason, or report it as suspicious. Reporting revokes the requesting client and writes a security audit entry.

On supported iPhones the approval is signed by a Secure Enclave key backed by App Attest, so the server can prove which phone and which person approved.

Systems

Online, offline, and open-issue counts for every organization, updated live. Drill into a customer, filter devices by status, and open a device for CPU, memory, disk, IP addresses, logged-in user, last seen, and open alerts and tickets.

Tickets

Filter the queue by open or closed, mine or all. Create tickets with organization, priority, and assignee. Reply to the requester or add an internal note. Internal is the default, so a mis-tap never emails a customer. Attach photos from the camera, your library, or a file.

Time

Start a timer on any ticket and it follows you across the app. Stop it and the entry lands on your weekly timesheet, marked billable or not. Entries save offline and sync when you are back on a network.

Security and Scope

• Push notifications for approvals, tickets assigned to you, and SLA breaches. Lock-screen text never includes the ticket subject.
• Face ID or Touch ID app lock, with fleet data hidden from the app switcher.
• Two-factor sign-in with TOTP, SMS, or recovery codes. Your signed-in phones are listed with one-tap revoke, for you and for your admins.
• The same organization and role boundaries as the web app.
• The assistant runs through your Breeze server. No model credentials live on the phone.

What It Does Not Do

The app is iPhone only. There is no iPad layout yet. Android is built from the same codebase and has not shipped to Google Play. Remote desktop, remote shell, file transfer, and running scripts from a button on the device screen are desktop jobs. Use the app for triage, approvals, tickets, and time, then move to the desktop for deep investigations, rollouts, and policy changes.

The app is for existing Breeze customers. Accounts come from your organization admin, and there is nothing to buy inside it.
