No. Self-hosted Community has no device or technician limit at all. Breeze Cloud is billed as simple flat tiers (Cloud Starter covers up to 3 devices, Cloud up to 250), never metered per device or per seat.
Yes. Breeze Cloud is in public beta, with US and EU regions live. Beta customers get direct team access and founding-member pricing. Pick the region closest to the devices you manage.
Every Breeze deployment includes the built-in AI operator free: bring your own Anthropic API key on any plan. The $99 Cloud plan also includes credit-based Breeze AI, so you can skip the API key. Managed AI Ops is different: a paid service where a team of AI agents works your queue and we supervise and tune it with you. It's billed to fit your fleet and starts with a call.
Yes. Migration tooling carries your data, configuration, and device enrollments from self-hosted Community onto Breeze Cloud, with no re-enrollment and no rebuilding your setup.
