No. Self-hosted Community has no device or technician limit at all. Breeze Cloud is billed as simple flat tiers (Cloud Starter covers up to 3 devices, Cloud up to 250), never metered per device or per seat.
Yes. Breeze Cloud is in public beta, with US and EU regions live. Beta customers get direct team access and founding-member pricing. Pick the region closest to the devices you manage.
Every Breeze deployment includes the AI operator. It investigates, fixes, and documents fleet issues under a 4-tier risk engine you control. You can run it BYOK (bring your own Anthropic API key) on any plan; Breeze Cloud also includes credit-based Breeze AI. A fully managed option, LanternOps Brain, is coming soon.
