Cloud-to-Cloud Backup

Cloud-to-Cloud (C2C) Backup protects your organization’s SaaS data: Microsoft 365 mailboxes, OneDrive files, SharePoint sites, and Google Workspace Drive content. C2C uses delta sync so only changes since the last backup are transferred, keeping protection current without re-copying everything.

Microsoft 365 Coverage

Connect Microsoft 365 through a one-click admin consent flow when the platform app is configured, or by registering an Azure AD app and entering your Client ID, Client Secret, and Tenant ID. Once connected, C2C protects user mailboxes, OneDrive file storage, and SharePoint sites across the tenant.

Google Workspace Coverage

Google Workspace backup connects through a service account with domain-wide delegation, authorized in your Workspace admin console with the required scopes. After uploading the service account key, C2C backs up user mailboxes and Google Drive content for the accounts you select.

Flexible Backup Scope

Each backup configuration defines exactly what gets protected: select specific users or all users for mailboxes, choose OneDrive or Google Drive file storage per user, and pick individual SharePoint sites on Microsoft 365 connections. Configurations are tied to a connection so you can scope coverage per tenant.

Scheduling and Delta Sync

Set a sync schedule on each backup configuration to control how often changes are pulled, and trigger an immediate run anytime with Run Now. Delta sync transfers only items that changed since the last sync, so ongoing backups stay fast even as data volumes grow. Initial syncs run longer to capture the full baseline.

Connection Monitoring

Active connections appear in a single list showing the provider, connection status, last sync time, and the number of accounts or sites being backed up. This gives MSPs an at-a-glance view of which clients’ SaaS data is protected and current.

Granular Restore

C2C snapshots are browsed and restored the same way as device backups. Use the Snapshot Browser to navigate mailbox contents, files, or site data, then select exactly what to recover, down to individual items, without restoring an entire account.
