Quote → Contract → Invoice Without Leaving Your RMM (No PSA Needed)

Watch Breeze RMM quote a new client, get the deal signed, and invoice it, in one platform, in about three minutes. No PSA, no separate quoting tool, no re-keying.

What's in the demo

  • Build a proposal with a one-time line ($1,850 onboarding project) and a monthly recurring line (25 endpoints at $45), with totals computed live
  • Send a branded proposal email with a secure acceptance link, with a 30-second undo window before it goes out
  • The client signs electronically: typed name, timestamp, and IP address recorded
  • The accepted quote lands straight on the public invoice page for the one-time work
  • Back in Breeze, the quote reads Converted with its Sent, Viewed, and Accepted trail, and the one-time work is an issued, numbered invoice
  • The monthly line becomes a draft contract; activate it and Breeze drafts the client's invoice every month
  • Invoices can flow into QuickBooks Online

Questions this video answers

Do I need a PSA to quote and invoice clients with Breeze RMM?
No. Quotes, electronic acceptance, invoices, and recurring contracts are built into Breeze, next to the devices you manage.
Does the client need a portal account to accept a quote?
No. The proposal email carries a secure acceptance link. The client types their name as the signature, ticks the agreement, and accepts.
Can clients pay a Breeze RMM invoice online?
Yes, once you connect Stripe. The public invoice page then shows a pay button, and the accept button on a proposal with a due-on-acceptance amount becomes "Sign & pay".
What happens to the monthly line when a quote is accepted?
Breeze creates a draft contract named after the quote. Activate it and the recurring services are invoiced on schedule, each month, for you to review.

A note on the demo: Stripe is not connected on the demo server, so the invoice page shows no pay button, and QuickBooks is shown but not connected. All client names and prices are fictional.
