Questions this video answers
- Does Breeze RMM have a ready-made monthly client report?
- Yes. The Executive Summary template under Reports → Templates creates a monthly PDF report for the selected client in one click. Its single page has a fleet health score, devices online, critical alerts, the share of alerts resolved, a fleet and alert overview, the client's operating systems and sites, and recommended actions. The same gallery has other client-facing templates (security posture, hardware lifecycle, backups, vulnerabilities) and a Business group (ticket SLA attainment, technician time, AR aging, AI usage) that is for your staff only.
- Can Breeze RMM send client reports automatically?
- Yes. Edit the report and open Schedule and delivery: daily, weekly or monthly, a run time (plus the day of the month for monthly), and PDF, CSV or Excel. Under Organization contacts, tick the people who should get it. Contacts come from the client's record, so nobody retypes an address, and you can also add an email address by hand. The Saved Reports row then shows the next run, and every run lands in Recent Runs. A run that had nobody to send to is flagged "No recipients" there.
- Can clients open their reports in the customer portal?
- Some of them. On the Reports page, reports badged "Visible in customer portal" are the ones the client can open themselves. In the demo Acme has three: Executive summary, Hardware lifecycle, and Security & compliance posture. The monthly report scheduled in this video has no badge. It goes to the client's contact on its schedule. The next video, the customer portal tour, shows the client's side.
- What does the Executive Summary PDF look like?
- Page 1 is on screen from 1:35. It carries your company name on the letterhead and in the footer, the client's name, a fleet health score (100/100, Strong, in the demo: the share of managed devices online), devices online, critical alerts and alerts resolved, then the fleet and alert overview, fleet composition by operating system and site, and recommended actions. Your logo and colours appear too if you've set them in partner branding; the demo partner shows its name only. Download builds the PDF from the run's saved snapshot, so a past run downloads the same every time.
- Can I build a custom report in Breeze RMM?
- Yes, one data source per report. New Report opens a builder: choose a data source (Devices, Alerts, Patches, Compliance or Activity), its columns and filters, a grouping (Severity in the demo) and a Table, Bar, Line or Pie chart, and a live preview fills with the client's real data as you go. A multi-section document like the Executive Summary comes from a template, not the builder. Covers lets a report go to one client, or produce one copy per organization, each sent to that client's own contacts.
A note on the demo: all organizations, contacts and run history are fictional demo data, and the contact addresses use reserved .example domains.
