Questions this video answers
- How do I approve a proposal from my IT provider in the Breeze RMM portal?
- Open it under Proposals, type your full name (it becomes your signature), tick the agreement box, and choose Accept & sign. The invoice is ready right away.
- Can I pay my IT invoice online?
- Yes, when your provider has connected Stripe. Open the invoice under Invoices: it shows the line items, tax, what has been paid, and the balance due, with a pay button in the payment panel.
- How do I open a support ticket?
- Use the New ticket button at the top of the portal. The Support page lists your open requests.
- Can I see whether my computers are backed up and protected?
- Yes. Backups shows each protected device with its last backup and the last restore test. Security shows your score, the threats found and cleared, and open weaknesses counted by severity.
- Can I download IT reports without asking my provider?
- Yes. Under Reports you can generate a security summary, an executive summary, or a hardware lifecycle plan, and download it as a PDF or a CSV file.
