Questions this video answers

Can I sign up for Breeze RMM myself?
Yes. Click "Register your MSP" on the sign-in page and enter a company name, your name, a work email and a password. Breeze emails a confirmation link, and nothing is created until you open it and click "Confirm my email". No sales call is involved.
Is MFA required in Breeze RMM?
Yes, for a new account. Right after you confirm your email, Breeze asks you to set up multi-factor authentication before you see anything else. In the demo that means an authenticator app: re-enter your password, scan the QR code, type the 6-digit code, and save the recovery codes. Passkey is also offered, and text message once you have a verified phone number.
How do I add a device to Breeze RMM?
Click Add Device. The Download Installer tab gives you a Windows (.msi) or macOS (.zip) installer. The CLI Commands tab generates an installation token for a site, with a device count and an expiry you choose, and then builds a one-line install command for Windows PowerShell or Linux/macOS that you paste on the machine (the demo pastes it into a root shell on Linux).
How long does a new device take to show up?
The installer says within 60 seconds. In the demo the server was already listed as Online, under the right client and site, by the time we switched back to Breeze, with its software inventory and pending patches filled in.
Can I run something on a new device right away?
Yes. Click Run Script on the device page, pick a script (the demo uses "Network Configuration (Linux)" from the built-in library), and run it. The result opens in Execution Details with the status, exit code and full output, and the run is kept in the device's script history.

A note on the demo: it was recorded on a self-hosted Breeze instance. On the hosted service, a new account picks a plan after confirming its email. The first device here is a Linux server; for Windows, use the same Add Device dialog's first tab (the .msi installer) or the Windows command on the CLI Commands tab. Bluebird IT Services, Cedar Valley Dental and [email protected] are throwaway demo accounts.
