How to Spot Trends Across Every Client: Analytics, Capacity Forecast and Query Builder

Watch Breeze RMM's Analytics page read trends across every client at once: the live KPI strip, a 30-day CPU and memory trend, OS mix and open alerts, a drill into the critical alerts, a disk capacity forecast with a two-week projection, a shareable view, and a Query Builder that finds the fullest disks in the fleet. It closes on where ticket SLA and technician time live.

What's in the demo

  • Reporting, Analytics, with the org switcher on All organizations ("Showing all organizations")
  • The KPI strip: Fleet uptime, Total devices, Offline, Critical with its warnings count
  • Performance Trend: fleet average CPU and memory per day, then the date range switched to Last 7 days
  • OS Distribution, Alert Statistics (what is open right now) and weekly enrollments
  • Clicking the Critical tile to land on the alert queue, then back
  • Capacity Planning: Capacity Forecast for disk, the dashed trend line carried two weeks past today
  • The tab lives in the page address, so a reload lands on the same view (the date range does not)
  • Query Builder: Disk Usage, Maximum, Last 30 days, Run Query
  • Reports, Templates, Business: Ticket SLA attainment and Technician time and billability

Questions this video answers

Where are fleet-wide trends in Breeze RMM?
Reporting, Analytics. Keep the org switcher on All organizations to see every client at once, or pick one client to narrow the page.
Does the date range change everything on the Analytics page?
No. It drives Performance Trend and the Capacity Forecast. The KPI tiles, Alert Statistics and OS Distribution show the current state.
Can I save or share an Analytics view?
The selected tab (Operations Overview, Capacity Planning, SLA Compliance) is part of the page address, so you can bookmark or share it. The date range is not saved in the link.
What does the Capacity Forecast project?
Fleet average disk use over the last 30 days with a 14-day linear projection, so you can start storage conversations before a client runs out.
Where do I see ticket SLA attainment and technician time?
Under Reports, Templates, in the Business group (staff-only report templates), not on Analytics.

A note on the demo: all clients, devices and metrics are fictional lab data. The Policy Compliance gauge reads 0 percent on the demo server because no compliance checks have run there.
