A brand-new Quotes & Proposals workflow takes you from quote to e-signature to invoice to payment in one flow, joined by Pax8 and TD SYNNEX integrations, a simpler per-partner Stripe setup, faster AI-driven metric analysis, a redesigned Breeze Authenticator, and richer Windows hardware reporting.

Quotes & Proposals

  • Build and send proposals. A new Quotes & Proposals builder lets you author polished proposal documents from ordered content blocks — headings, rich text, and pricing tables — and pull products straight from your catalog. Quotes carry one-time, monthly, and annual totals so you can present subscriptions and project work side by side, and export a clean PDF.
  • E-signature acceptance, no account required. Email a quote with its PDF and a secure public link, and your customer can review and accept it with a built-in typed signature — or decline with a reason — directly in the browser, with no portal login needed. Accepting a quote turns its one-time lines into an invoice automatically.
  • Quote expiry and pay-on-accept. Quotes can carry an expiry date and are swept to expired once past due so stale pricing can't be accepted. When a customer accepts, the invoice is issued immediately at the exact total they agreed to, and they get a one-click Pay Now link to settle it by card on the spot.

Billing & Procurement

  • Simpler Stripe setup. Connecting Stripe for online payments now takes a single API key from your own Stripe account instead of a multi-step authorization flow. Charges still run directly on your account — Breeze never touches the funds — and payment confirmation is now instant when your customer returns from checkout.
  • Pax8 license sync. Connect your Pax8 account, map Pax8 companies to your Breeze organizations, and pull in subscription and license quantities — linking synced counts to specific contract lines for accurate recurring billing. Syncs run on demand and automatically each night.
  • TD SYNNEX catalog import. Connect your TD SYNNEX Digital Bridge credentials to search, preview, and import distributor products straight into your Breeze Product Catalog.
  • Per-organization pricing and ticket parts. Set customer-specific price overrides per organization on any catalog item, link a ticket part to a catalog item to auto-fill its description, price, and cost, and confirm before archiving an item.
  • Dedicated billing roles. Two new roles — Partner Billing (full Catalog, Invoices, and Contracts) and Partner Billing Viewer (read-only with invoice export) — replace billing access on the broad Partner Technician role, and the interface now hides billing screens and buttons from users who can't use them.

AI & Machine Learning

  • Faster AI metric analysis. The AI agent now reads from pre-computed hourly and daily rollups when analyzing device performance over long time ranges, making AI-driven analysis noticeably faster and more efficient while still using raw data for fine-grained views.
  • Sharper anomaly and alert intelligence. A reliability pass across the new ML features fixes rolled-up metrics on servers in non-UTC time zones, prevents alert-feedback training from being skewed, keeps high-signal evidence in alert correlation, stops anomalies from being double-counted, and reports more honest noise-reduction numbers.
  • Self-hosted AI backends. Self-hosted operators can now point the AI Agent at any Anthropic-compatible endpoint — a local model server or an internal gateway — while keeping full tool use and guardrails. The option is disabled on hosted Breeze so platform AI traffic can never be redirected.

Security & Approvals

  • Redesigned Breeze Authenticator enrollment. Becoming an approver no longer needs a separate setup ceremony — your phone provisions silently at login, so the first Face ID prompt you see is a real approval. A new Approval Security panel lists every registered approver phone and browser, the static PIN is gone, and critical approvals now require a fresh account re-authentication on top of the device-bound signature.

Visibility & Monitoring

  • Richer Windows hardware reporting. The agent now collects hardware with modern Windows interfaces instead of the deprecated WMIC tool — reporting every detected GPU, adding full motherboard details, filtering out placeholder OEM values, and falling back to the baseboard serial when a system serial is missing.
  • Fleet-scale software search. The installed / not-installed software filter now searches software names on the server with a fast index, so it works reliably across your entire fleet instead of limited free-text matching.
  • Watchdog version visibility. Device details now shows the agent's Watchdog version, with an optional Watchdog column available in the device list.
  • Faster device history charts. Hourly and daily device metric history now loads from pre-computed rollups for quicker long-range charts, while one- and five-minute views keep using raw data.

Patch & Configuration

  • Redesigned Update Ring editor. Creating or editing an Update Ring is now a single, clear approval matrix — a default rule for all categories with visible per-category overrides — that matches how patch approval actually resolves. The confusing extra deferral field is gone, contrast is improved, and you can create and edit a ring inline from a Configuration Policy's Patch tab.
  • Partner-wide alert templates. Alert templates can now apply across all of a partner's organizations at once. A new management screen lists built-in, organization-specific, and partner-wide templates with scope badges and filters, and partner users choose the scope when creating one.

Platform & Reliability

  • The customer portal is now served in production under a /portal path on your existing domain — no new hostname or certificate required — lighting up portal invoice pages and incoming quote-acceptance pages.
  • Large software-package uploads (hundreds of megabytes) now get a 10-minute window instead of timing out at 30 seconds with a confusing abort error.
  • Analytics dashboards now surface a real error when a query fails instead of silently showing all-zeros.
  • The script editor no longer renders as unreadable white text after navigating between scripts, and the Script AI assistant now reliably searches the script library and inserts generated code into the editor.
  • Running a script against multiple selected devices no longer fails with an empty-selection error, and the AI agent can now run tools immediately after you approve them.
  • Windows agent installs no longer roll back on double-click with UAC, and the agent self-heals its data-folder permissions at startup; the self-hosted installer pre-flight no longer aborts behind reverse proxies that only forward /api traffic.
  • Windows devices stuck showing 'reboot required' forever now clear the flag on the first check-in after an actual reboot, and the device list no longer shows duplicate Role and Type columns.

Version 0.82.0 closes the loop from quote to cash. The headline is a brand-new Quotes & Proposals workflow: build a professional proposal from rich content blocks and catalog products, send it for a customer to review and e-sign in their browser with no account needed, and have it convert to an invoice — and a one-click card payment — the moment they accept. Quotes can carry expiry dates so old pricing can’t slip through, and accepted quotes issue at the exact total your customer agreed to.

Procurement and billing get a major boost too. Pax8 and TD SYNNEX integrations bring distributor licenses and products directly into Breeze, connecting Stripe for online payments is now a single-key setup on your own account, and the catalog gains per-organization pricing, ticket-part linking, and dedicated billing roles so the right people see the right screens.

Under the hood, this release builds out Breeze’s machine-learning layer: AI metric analysis and long-range history charts now read from pre-computed rollups for real speed gains, and a reliability pass sharpens anomaly detection and alert correlation. The Breeze Authenticator gets a cleaner enrollment that provisions your phone silently at login, Windows hardware reporting now captures every GPU and full motherboard details, and the customer portal is finally live in production — alongside a long list of fixes across uploads, scripts, patching, and the Windows installer.
