Remote desktop on disconnected RDP sessions and encoder fallback tuning.

Improved

  • Remote desktop now prefers the active console session and tunes the software encoder for better quality on machines without a dedicated GPU.

Fixed

  • Fixed remote desktop failing to attach when the target Windows machine had a disconnected RDP session in the background.
  • Restored the visible PowerShell window during MSI custom actions; the previous attempt at hiding it caused enrollment to roll back on some configurations.

A focused fix for a real customer scenario: machines that have an old RDP session sitting disconnected no longer block remote desktop from connecting to the actual logged-in user.
