Remote desktop stops dropping every minute, the AI assistant can now write and run its own scripts under independent human-gated review, and the first wave of service-deliverable tracking for contract work ships.
Remote Desktop
- Fixed the top complaint since early August: peer-to-peer remote desktop sessions dropping every 30-90 seconds. The session-cleanup job was finalizing healthy sessions because it only recognized one connection type as alive — the default connection type wasn't it. No agent update needed; this is a server-side fix that applies the moment you upgrade.
- Fixed cursor and click position landing in the wrong spot on secondary monitors with different DPI scaling than the primary display. Requires the updated agent.
AI-Authored Scripts
- The AI assistant can now write a script, submit it for independent review by a separate model that never sees the assistant's own reasoning, and present it to a technician for approval on a single card showing the goal, expected effect, risk findings, target devices, and the code itself. Nothing runs without a human approving it.
- A verification pass checks the outcome of every AI-authored script run against the device before it can be promoted into your permanent script library.
- An unattended-execution mode for AI-authored scripts exists in this release but ships off — it requires both partner-level and organization-level opt-in and is not something you'll see turned on by accident.
Service Deliverables
- New tracking for the recurring work MSPs promise customers under contract: key-date reminders, automatic evidence collection, and ticket integration so deliverable work shows up where technicians already look.
- An organization document library with automatic text extraction from uploaded files, so documents are searchable, not just stored.
- Customers get a Service and Documents view in the customer portal showing what's been delivered.
Monitoring & Alerting
- A new Monitors screen replaces the old split between alert rules and network monitors — one place to define a condition, its severity, who gets notified, and what response fires automatically. Existing alert rules convert to the new format with one click.
- Automations moved to a top-level Jobs navigation entry, and Network Monitor was renamed Monitoring to better reflect what's there.
Fixes & Reliability
- UniFi network devices synced through the Network Integration API no longer show as incorrectly offline.
- Fixed a bug that could fully block a partner from being promoted out of the trial/probation period even after they qualified.
- AI-authored script runs now correctly record who or what approved them, fixing an inaccurate metric on the AI risk dashboard.
- Fixed MCP connector logins (Claude.ai, Claude Code) being logged out and forced to re-consent during active use.
- Fixed partner-wide ('All organizations') deliverable template sets disappearing once you had a specific organization open.

Past that, two new capabilities for MSPs: the AI assistant can now write and propose scripts of its own, but every one goes through an independent review by a separate model and still needs a technician’s sign-off before it touches a device — nothing here runs unattended unless you explicitly opt an organization into it. And service deliverables give you a real way to track the recurring work you promise customers under contract, with reminders, automatic evidence, and a document library that’s actually searchable.
Rounding it out: a unified Monitors screen that collapses alert rules and network monitors into one place, a UniFi sync fix, and several smaller reliability fixes across partner onboarding and AI attribution.
