Backup & Recovery
- Enterprise Backup: Seven-phase backup system covering Windows VSS snapshots, SQL Server (full/differential/log with point-in-time restore), Hyper-V VM export (application and crash consistent with incremental tracking), bare metal recovery, cloud-to-cloud for M365 and Google Workspace, DR plan orchestration with rehearsal mode, and local vault mirroring.
- Backup Verification: Integrity checks validate manifests and compressed data; test restores extract to a temporary directory with progress tracking. Recovery readiness scores update automatically after each verification.
- One-Click M365 Authorization: Multi-tenant Azure AD app registration lets admins grant Microsoft 365 access through Microsoft's consent flow — no manual app registration, client secrets, or tenant IDs needed.
- Enterprise Scheduling: Configuration Policies can now schedule Hyper-V, SQL Server, and system image backups alongside file backups, with all-by-default targeting that automatically picks up new VMs and databases.
- Separate Backup Binary: Heavy backup operations run in a dedicated breeze-backup process that communicates with the main agent over signed IPC, keeping the core agent lightweight.
Security & Incident Response
- Incident Lifecycle: Full NIST-style workflow — detect, analyze, contain, recover, close — with severity levels, SLA monitoring, and automatic escalation.
- Evidence Collection: Snapshot running processes, network connections, and log entries on affected devices. Evidence is SHA-256 verified for integrity.
- AI-Assisted Incidents: Create incidents, execute containment (with approval gates for high-risk actions), collect evidence, and generate post-incident reports through the AI assistant.
- Containment Actions: Kill suspicious processes and execute response playbooks on affected devices, with full audit trail and approval requirements for high-risk operations.
AI & Productivity
- Context-Aware Help: Documentation panel opens the right page based on where you are in the app — Scripts page opens scripting docs, Patches opens patching docs, and so on.
- AI Documentation Search: The AI assistant indexes 92 documentation pages at build time and can search them to answer questions, with clickable links that open directly in the help panel.
- AI Policy Tools: The AI assistant's fleet management capabilities now route through the Configuration Policy system.
Remote Management
- Safe Mode Reboot: Send Windows devices into Safe Mode with Networking for troubleshooting, with automatic cleanup of the BCD boot flag when the agent starts to prevent reboot loops. Works in single and bulk mode.
- macOS Remote Desktop: The agent LaunchDaemon now correctly routes desktop capture and input through the user helper process, fixing remote desktop for standard macOS installations.
