The Setup Wizard removes the friction of first-time platform configuration by guiding new administrators through every essential step immediately after their initial login.

Guided from the Start

Rather than leaving administrators to discover settings on their own, Breeze presents a focused four-step workflow the moment the default admin account first logs in. The wizard only appears once and never interrupts ongoing operations.

Secure Your Account

The first step prompts you to replace the seeded admin credentials with your own email address and a strong password. The session is transparently re-authenticated after the change, so there is no need to log back in to continue.

Name Your Organization

Step two lets you rename the default partner, organization, and site records that Breeze creates during deployment. Matching these names to your actual company structure ensures that all reports, notifications, and tenant views reflect your real environment from day one.

Review Your Environment

The configuration review step shows a live read-only status panel across email delivery, domain settings, security policies, and third-party integrations. Color-coded badges highlight what is configured and what still needs attention before going live.

Resume Where You Left Off

Progress is saved automatically in the browser. If the wizard is closed mid-way, reopening it restores the exact step where you stopped. Each step is individually skippable, and the entire wizard can be dismissed at any point without losing any changes already saved.
