Getting Started AI & Security Pricing & Licensing For MSPs

Getting Started

What is Breeze?
Breeze is an open-source remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform with built-in AI governance. It ships with 44 modules and zero add-ons, giving MSPs and IT teams a complete endpoint management platform out of the box. Breeze is self-hosted, free forever, and licensed under AGPL-3.0.
Is Breeze really free?
Yes. Self-hosted Breeze is free forever under the AGPL-3.0 open-source license. A cloud-managed version is in development. You can join the waitlist to be notified when it launches.
What operating systems does Breeze support?
Breeze supports Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. The lightweight agent runs natively on all three platforms, giving you unified visibility and control across your entire fleet.
How do I get started?
Deploy Breeze by following the quickstart guide in the documentation. The setup wizard walks you through initial configuration, agent deployment, and your first device enrollment.

AI & Security

How does the AI assistant work?
Breeze includes a built-in AI assistant that investigates, remediates, and documents endpoint issues. Every AI action is classified through a 4-tier risk engine. Low-risk actions (Tier 0-1) execute automatically. Medium-risk actions (Tier 2) require confirmation. High-risk actions (Tier 3) require explicit human approval. Nothing executes without governance.
Can AI break my clients' environments?
No. The AI operates under the same access controls, permission scopes, and risk guardrails as human operators. The Risk Engine enforces these guardrails on every action, whether initiated by a person or by AI. Tier 3 actions always require human approval before execution.
Is Breeze secure?
Yes. Breeze implements defense-in-depth security controls including role-based access, tenant isolation, encrypted secrets, audit logging, and rate limiting. Visit the Trust Center for a full breakdown of security controls, evidence references, and disclosure policies.

Pricing & Licensing

What does Breeze cost?
Self-hosted Breeze is completely free with no usage limits. A managed cloud version is coming with pricing to be announced. Visit the pricing page for current details.
Are there per-device fees or add-on charges?
No. All 44 modules are included in every Breeze deployment. There are no per-device fees, no feature tiers, and no add-on upsells. You get the full platform from day one.
What license is Breeze under?
Breeze is licensed under AGPL-3.0, a widely used copyleft open-source license. The entire codebase is publicly available and auditable.

For MSPs

Is Breeze suitable for MSPs?
Yes. Breeze is built with multi-tenant architecture, partner management, and white-label branding specifically for managed service providers. You can manage multiple client organizations from a single deployment with full tenant isolation.
Can I manage multiple clients?
Yes. Breeze uses a hierarchical multi-tenant model with organization and partner scoping. Each client operates in an isolated context with their own devices, policies, and configurations, while you maintain centralized visibility and control.
Does Breeze integrate with PSA tools?
Yes. Breeze supports third-party integrations through the integrations module, webhooks, and a REST API. These allow you to connect Breeze with PSA platforms, ticketing systems, and other tools in your stack.
