Breeze supports full white-label branding at both the partner and organization levels, so every customer-facing surface reflects your brand rather than ours.

Three Branded Surfaces

Branding spans the dashboard sidebar and header, the end-user self-service portal, and all outbound email templates. Each surface picks up your logo, primary and secondary colors, and custom CSS — ensuring a consistent identity whether an admin is troubleshooting a device or a user is submitting a ticket.

Cascading Brand Hierarchy

Partners set baseline branding that applies across all their managed organizations. Individual organizations can override specific fields — logo, colors, welcome message — without affecting other accounts under the same partner. Fields that are not overridden inherit from the partner level automatically.

Custom Portal Domains

Give each customer a fully branded URL by pointing a CNAME record to the Breeze portal. Once DNS verification completes, the end-user portal serves branded content on that domain. The branding resolver reads the incoming host header at render time, so no deployment step is needed.

Logos, Colors, and Custom CSS

Upload separate light-mode and dark-mode logos, set primary and secondary hex colors with live contrast preview, and inject custom CSS for fine-grained control over portal layout and typography. The editor shows a live preview of email templates and the portal header before you save.

Immediate Changes

Branding updates take effect the moment you save — there is no build step or cache to flush. The portal and email templates read branding data from the API at render time, so refreshing the page is all it takes for customers to see your updated identity.
